The sources we use
We check details against public sources such as the business's own website or social media, mall directories, booking platforms and map listings. A search result on its own doesn't count as evidence. We record every source internally with the date we checked it.
What the badges mean
- Verified: 2+ sources The name and address are backed by two or more independent, recent sources that agree.
- Verified: 1 strong source The name and address are backed by one strong primary source, such as the business's own website, or two weaker ones.
Premises whose details are thin, stale or contradictory stay unpublished until they can be verified.
Services
We only list services the premises itself advertises publicly, and we describe them neutrally. A listing doesn't mean we have confirmed quality, therapist qualifications or licence status.
Public feedback
When there are enough public reviews on platforms such as Google or Tripadvisor, we summarise recurring themes in our own words and name the platform and date. We don't copy review text, present third-party ratings as our own, or invent scores.
Check dates
Each premises page shows the date its details were actually checked. We don't update dates automatically.
First-hand experience
We have not visited the listed premises. If we do in future, we will say so clearly on the relevant page.
